Renting a boat in Split looks easy until you try. You open the big booking platforms and get hundreds of listings, prices that change when you pick a date, and small print about fuel, skippers and deposits that you only understand on the dock. Then you message three owners and two never reply.
I'm Mateus. I come from hospitality, hostels and travel consulting, helping guests plan their days. What that work teaches you: people don't want 300 options. They want someone who knows the place to say which one to book. That is what this site does for boats in Split.
My background
I'm Brazilian and I have spent most of my working life around travellers. I worked in hostels, where you learn fast what makes a trip great and what ruins it. I moved into travel consulting, planning trips and day activities for guests. Before all that I was a graphic designer, which is why I care about pages being clear and easy to read.
I speak English, Portuguese and Spanish, so you can message in any of the three. I work remotely and run bookings over WhatsApp, which is how boat owners in Split work too.

- Clear price. We get the total in writing, with fuel, skipper, cleaning and deposit on separate lines.
- The right size. We only send boats that can legally take your whole group.
- Fits your trip. No RIBs for a Blue Cave day with toddlers, no slow sailboat when you want to see four islands.
- Clear cancellation rule. You see it before paying.
What we won't do
- Push the most expensive boat. If a RIB does the job, we tell you.
- Hide extras until the dock.
- Post fake reviews. When real guests leave reviews, you will see them here.
- Promise a boat we have not confirmed with the owner.
How we make money
Boat owners pay us a commission for the bookings we bring them. That is why we care about sending you the boat that fits, not just any boat: happy guests come back and tell friends.
